ACPT's commercial development lineage begins with the 1959 opening of the Esso Building in San Juan Puerto Rico. Since then ACPT's commercial, office and industrial projects have paralleled ACPT's residential development success as the company developed commercial areas and facilities to serve its master planned communities.
