Our experience in complex, high density multi-unit projects began in 1959 when ACPT's predecessor constructed the Boriquen Towers complex, a three building 14-story complex with 624 rental units. Since then ACPT and its predessesors have developed more than 10,000 rental units.

ACPT's investment in multi-family rental properties is both a long-term and short-term strategy. While appreciating at a steady rate, they also provide a stable, consistent and predictable cash flow. Today ACPT maintains approximately 50 percent general partner interests in 25 residential investment properties, containing more than 4,600 units.
