Chief Executive Officer--Alan Shearer

Mr. Shearer is a Managing Director at Federal Capital Partners (FCP), which purchased ACPT’s entire outstanding stock in December 2009. Mr. Shearer joined FCP in 2007 after spending nearly 29 years in executive leadership positions with homebuilder NVR (NYSE:NVR), parent of Ryan Homes and NVHomes. As NVR’s, Senior Vice President, Land, Mr. Shearer managed a team responsible for the acquisition of over 25,000 finished lots. At NVR, Mr. Shearer also had experience consolidating NVR’s Fox Ridge acquisition into the company’s land model and operational structure. During his career with NVR, Mr. Shearer held a number of management positions in homebuilding, marketing and sales, and as Division Manager for two of the homebuilding divisions.
 

Chief Financial Officer --Matthew M. Martin

Matthew M. Martin currently serves the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Martin, a 1997 magna cum laude graduate of Messiah College in Pennsylvania, is a registered and licensed CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Prior to joining ACPT, Mr. Martin was a manager in the Forensic Litigation Consulting practice for FTI Consulting, Inc., in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, Mr. Martin served as a senior financial analyst with Ullico, Inc., also in Washington. Mr. Martin also previously managed audits of publicly traded companies for the Arthur Andersen LLP accounting firm. Mr. Martin began employment with the Company in 2005 as Chief Accounting Officer, and was appointed as the Company's Principal Financial Officer in August 2008.

Vice President, Investment Property Development --Harry P. Chalstrom

Harry P. Chalstrom, P.E., has been with ACPT since November 2002, and currently serves the Company as Vice President of Investment Property Development. Prior to joining ACPT, Mr. Chalstrom was employed by Bozzuto Construction Company, where he worked in project management and field supervision. He earned his Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate from American University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Vice President, Land Development -- Mark L. MacFarland

Mark Macfarland is ACPT's Vice President for Land Development. Mr. Macfarland earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, and his Master of Science in Engineering Management from Syracuse University. Prior to joining ACPT, Mr. Macfarland was employed by Meridian Ventures, Inc., with whom he was working with the Charles County Government on a variety of capital improvement projects. Mr. MacFarland has also been employed as a power plant manager by Orion Power Holdings, and as a System Engineer and Plant Engineer at generating stations in his home state of New York.

Vice President, IGP Land Holdings-- Jorge Garcia

Jorge Garcia Massuet earned a BCE from Georgia Institute of technology in Atlanta. Mr. Garcia Massuet joined ACPT in January 1999. He was appointed vice president of ACPT in June 2002., and has been a senior vice-president of IGP since January 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Garcia Massuet served as Vice-president and General Manager of Fontainebleu Plaza SE, a Real Estate Development firm from January 1994 to December 1998. From October 1987 to November 1998 was the general manager of various real estate companies in Puerto Rico, and for twelve years he served as director and general manager for Inversiones Sena, a real estate development firm in Caracas, Venezuela.

Vice President, Operations-Peggy A. Moore

Peggy Ann M. Moore, CAM, COS, currently serves the company as Vice President of Operations. Ms. Moore has been with ACPT since January 2006. She has over 25 years experience in the multi-family housing industry. Prior to joining ACPT, Ms. Moore was a Property Manager with Sunchase American LLC, specializing in property rehabilitation and worked with Southmark Management Company as a Property Manager and Systems Training Director. Part of her specialized experience includes serving nine years on the Board of Psychotherapeutic Treatment Services (PTS) in Maryland, managing state-to-privatized transitional housing for mentally challenged adults. In 1997, Ms. Moore was appointed Commissioner of the City of Annapolis Housing Authority where she served two terms. In 1998, Ms. Moore received a Governor's Citation for her contributions to the City of Annapolis. Ms. Moore received additional Citations of Merit for her work with the City of Annapolis in 1997 and 1999.

Vice President, Human Resource-Michelle D. Aughinbaugh

Michelle D. Aughinbaugh, PHR, has been with ACPT since April 2007, and currently serves the Company as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining ACPT, Ms. Aughinbaugh was employed by Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville, P.C. as Director of Administration. Ms. Aughinbaugh has over 20 years of Human Resource Management, Office Management and Generalist experience in law firms and corporations. Ms. Aughinbaugh earned her Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management from the University of Maryland University College in College Park, Maryland.

Vice President, Public Affairs and Community Relations-Craig J. Renner

Craig J. Renner has been with the Company since August 2000, and came to ACPT after serving as the Public Information Officer for the Charles County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Renner earned his bachelor's degree in political science from York College of Pennsylvania in 1986, and has lived in Charles County since 1988. Mr. Renner has served on the board of directors of numerous civic, charitable, and homeowners associations, and is currently chairman of the Charles County Children's Aid Society.
